This multivitamin healthy for me?
I am 17.5'7" 148lbs.i run almost everyday and also lift weights 4x a week.i eat pretty healthy but don't think i get vitamins i need.this good for me?

its fine to take it. as a healthy adult (who i assume eats a healthy diet) the vitamins wont do you much good because you probably get all the vitamins you need from food sources. but it wont hurt either
