I don’t think that vitamins INCREASE your appetite, however they are good to take because they’ll help your body grow healthier faster by providing all the nutrients it needs to grow bigger and stronger.
There are high calorie flavoried powders and drinks from the pharmacey, they are safe and usually are prescribed by the GP, however go ahead and ask the pharmasict, they might give it to you anyways because they’re not really dangerous, just high calorie and minerals/vitamins.
If you feel that you need to gain weight and have a small stomach that can’t hold too much food, an easy way is to eat high calorie food that are healthy.. avocado is VERRRRY high in calories and has omega 3, so its very healthy too.
I would suggest you eat this:
breakfast:
2 tbsp peanut butter on 1 slice of bread (brown)
1 high calorie energy bar and high calorie milk shake
snack:
1 full fat fruits yoghurt
1 small chocolate
lunch:
1 avocado with grilled fish
snack:
1 banana
handful of nuts and dried fruits
tea with full fat milk
dinner:
pasta with cheese
1 slice of cake or 1 chocolate and 1 high calorie juice

I don’t believe so.Vitamins can be purchased by minors.Creatine is the only muscle enhancer I know of,but do they still sell it,or is it a special order thing? Ask at GNC.

I think Vitamin B increase our appetite and as to vitamin that stimulate muscle growth I am not sure. Have you tried protein milk, like muscle mix? My ex Marine boyfriend tried it and it works! Sometimes it is also depends on your body chemistry, my boyfriend is from a family of skinny peepz so its hard for him to like have muscles. Eat foods that are rich in protein…

Okay, first off, even if you take some magical muscle growth pill, you won’t become muscular without working out.
I don’t know of anything that increases appetite. Are you needing to gain weight? If so, you may need to consume higher calorie foods regardless of being hungry. Milkshakes or smoothies made with whole milk are good for this.

If you are looking to gain weight in the form of muscle, the way to do it is through an increased workout regiment, with foods that are higher in protein compared to ones you are used to normally eating. Egg whites, lean chicken/turkey, soy, fish.
You’ll find if you eat these kinds of foods which have little fat in them, that you will be ready to eat more much sooner.
A very good drink post-workout, which will help you recover faster and continue to exercise hard is MUSCLE MILK. It has a sufficient amount of carbs and fat…on top of a great deal of protein and vitamins.
There is no vitamin that directly stimulates muscle growth. But taking a multi-vitamin on top of perhaps an additional B vitamin will give your body the kind of energy needed for tougher workouts. So in that sense, all vitamins indirectly stimulate muscle growth if you are ready to commit to your workout program.
Yes, vitamins are sold to minors. You can walk into most any store and there is an isle full of them.
