Flu season starts when we start covering up our skin with coats in the winter and goes away in the spring when we get out in the sun. Children's running noses and chest congestion ear infections seem to go away when they are old enough to get out in the sun and play. GO OUT AND PLAY IN THE SUN, IT'S GOOD FOR YOU.
