  5. Hello there, I’m writing at 4:00 in the morning because I’m a health nut who lost her way, ate too much junk in one day and actually threw up a bit a while ago as a result. I NEVER throw up, and I just need some friendly words of encouragement to get my arse back in gear and eat like a responsible adult again. I know I will today because I have a motive, I just make sure I don’t forget this day. I’ve printed two ‘No junk food’ signs and stuck them to my fridge and freezer.

  6. This guy speaks really does speak the truth. Come on people, please, wait 2 hours for some good Lasanga or some Turkey, instead of eating crap that will only satisfy you for a short while. Some foods are actually good for you and will have you settled for around 4 or 5 hours. Now, a little candy is fine once in a while, but don’t eat it on a regular basis. You will regret it eventually. You can play some videogames for a while, and make sure you work the fat off afterwards. Seriously, get real.

  8. A lot of excuses that parents make is that they don’t have time to cook, or don’t have time to make a meal…so they feed themselves junk food, and the scary part is they’re feeding their own children junk food.

    My family did the same thing to me when I was a kid…they didn’t cook a lot of healthy meals, and I suffered depression, fatigue, and anxiety. Now I’m eating healthier than my family…sad thing is my family won’t listen to me when it comes to eating healthy food.

  10. I feel like you’re lecturing the viewer somewhat, and I LOVE it. People need to hear the truth. Everybody is a winner, compensate 1 part bad with 1 part good. NO! I’m trying to get away from junk food right now. I don’t consider myself fat (13-15% bf?) but why would I wait with making healthy choices until I am in fact fat. Love the vids, THANK YOU for the advice.

  12. junk food is bad for you if eaten everyday like he says. but eating any food all the time in massive quantities will harm you. He’s got a fair point but its a scare tactic he’s using.

  14. He isn’t saying 2 cut junk food or fast food out entirely, just like w/caffeine, limit consumption to once in a blue, & not everyday..We, as a society hve gotten lazy. I come from a time where there were no microwaves, people ate dinner together and ate much healthier..sometimes I wish we could go back to those days, back where kids used to eat a wholesome breakfast of oatmeal or cream of wheat! My mom gave me cold cereal on occasion(Raisin Bran)but sd I needed healthy food 2 stick to my ribs!

  19. Why does anyone think they are educating people by saying junk food is bad? Is there anyone who doesn’t know this? People have the freedom to make choices in their life, even if they are bad choices, it’s nobodies business but theirs.

    There is little to no focus on preventative medicine. Pharmaceutical companies have managed to drug nearly a fifth of the American population.

  22. Amen to what he says. We don’t need to complicate things people. He just puts it down on the table as is and he DOES highlight what the real problem is and the simple solution to it. I already live by what he says. I didn’t need to be TOLD what the basic needs of a human being is when it comes to food. Come on people, it’s so simple. Think about what people ate in the beginning of time when there was no technology, nothing. Take a biology class if needed to understand why we need NATURAL food.

  25. This is an amazing and a real doctor. I wish there were more doctors like this man! Most doctors these days don’t give advices like this, they just try to make profit from sick patients. This man makes me believe in medicine again.
