I’m 47 yrs old and 185 lbs, and have been using the shake weight for about a month. I have definitely noticed my arms looking bigger and more like they use to when I had pipes; albeit my wife has not mentioned anything yet, but that likely says more about my wife than the shake weight. I however have found a noticeable increase in the upper arm measurement and a noticeable improvement in definition. The chest and shoulders are starting to feel like they have some muscle too.

ha…
Good job navy
December 14th, 2010 - 03:01
Well, whatever the Navy football team did to prepare for the game on Saturday, it was obvious that they were faster and stronger than their Army counterparts…It looks like yet another year of Navy dominance.
December 14th, 2010 - 09:11
Not creative. Losing 9 in a row is making things desperate. B-cre-a-tive. B-clev-er.
December 14th, 2010 - 14:03
Surprised none of the good Army Spirit Vids made it onto the big board? Not in a Navy town like Philly. And all you Navy fans that think you dominated the game need to look at the stat sheet again….
December 14th, 2010 - 16:54
@magnam212 I’ll look at the scoreboard, thanks. Anyways, you should be embarrassed about putting up those kinds of numbers and having a positive turnover differential and still losing by 2 touchdowns.
December 15th, 2010 - 00:23
N thats y they suck ass!! Navy for life!
December 15th, 2010 - 19:46
I have to say this was probably the best Army spirit spot ever put together….none the less GOOOOOO NAVY!!!!
December 15th, 2010 - 19:50
@bman32x
It is obviously not football Army does best.
December 15th, 2010 - 22:52
@pasdyno Right. Because Army abides by weight restrictions and is harder to get out of contracted commitment. Unlike Navy.
December 21st, 2010 - 19:33
@dippeldude embarrassed? Nah boi, your “2 touchdown” differential is the result of one play….but your head is too big to realize that….alas….
