what about cabbage? I think it’s similar to spinach, and I like cabbage better. You’d loose it if you seen what I can do with cabbage.
I puree it, then leave it in a jar for weeks, and what do we have? pureed Sauerkraut with good good good lactic acid and not harsh vinegar.
Do you know much about the benefits of culturing bacteria in your foods, I’d like to know more about it and I feel it’s related to eating raw foods. Minus all the natural plant toxins.
It’s where my happiness leads, lol.

if your going to juice anything for consumption you better do your own research. anything in the brassica family is of particular interest. you can plant mustard plants to kill soil borne pests. when ploughed in they produce toxins very similar to methyl bromide which is very toxic. scientists have done a study with some research they found it might not be the best thing to eat for cancer patients. so look for the study. cannabis is also great for your digestive system and kidneys. so get juiced

What is the name of that juicer you are using?
Also, how long does that juice keep in the jar you put
it in, and do you have to refrigerate it?
April 14th, 2010 - 23:03
@blueBlackpurple – it’s the breville juice fountain elite. amazing juicer. juices are best if you drink them while they are still fresh, instead of making a bunch and saving it for later. though, if you need to do so, it will keep in the fridge for a couple days. happy juicing!

This is the first time I’ve seen your video. AWESOME. I’ve been making green smoothies for about a month and feel alive. I can’t wait to try some coconut juice. Love your little speech about truth and the forest. My little ones and I were laughing. You’re funny. Peace.

What do you do with all the left overs, It seems to me that all you are getting is the coloured water and sugar, whilst all the nutrients stay in the bin. What are your thoughts about this? Because there is no doubting you are losing alot of vitamins and nutrients in the bin.
July 6th, 2010 - 21:25
@davidtravis1 60 pounds in the stomach alone? that would mean you have to shed at least 120 pound… first you have to figure out how you got like that and then completely change your whole lifestyle… drink 3/4 gallons water per day, eat high fiber foods and run 5 miles per day 5 days a week… for the rest of your life..you should drop about 40 pounds after doing this for six months after a year and a half youll be at normal weight and after 2 years you will be superfit

Dan the man, Where do you get your B12 vitamin from?
This one confuses me the most.
August 22nd, 2010 - 00:22
you know to you that probably tastes really good, but i dunno that just looks so unapealling to me ha, i mean i eat fruits and veggies all the time, but whole food. I just think of veggies as a liquid to be just a gross combination ha.
September 15th, 2010 - 17:44
@paweleve
Let me end your confusion. The body makes its own B12. There are bacteria that live in the gut, they make B12. But meat, dairy and acidic foods like rice and wheat products causes the body to become acidic and this kills the B12 bacteria. Taking a B12 supplement is a must if you are on a cooked food diet, even a vegan diet. But you don’t have to take B12 if you are on a raw vegan diet because the raw vegan diet brings the B12 bacteria back to life.

@carriernoob
Cannibis is great for digestion? LOL?
Maybe that’s because it makes you eat massive food, leaving you with no choice but to take a toilet break.
