I take ‘slow release’ vitamin C with a zinc tablet (which greatly aids the absorption of vitamin C), a high strength vit E, and a Cod Liver oil capsule (very good for skin and hair). I never take multivitamins though. A good nutritious diet will do much more than any so called ‘miracle cream’ that costs an extortionate amount will. My parents are very young looking because they have always practised good nutrition. Thanks for the video :)

Since you are so young, I would recommend that you talk to a local pharmacist at a CVS, Rita Aid, or Walmart store. I have been taking vitamins since I was kid, but you want to make sure you are taking vitamins that are right for you.

@Tyche09 Damn right. I bough a bottle and when I checked the component, it was synthetic vitamin E which has cancerous properties.

My tip for water is to get a bottle of Powerade. It’s full of sugar and sodium, but once it’s gone, you have a great 32 oz bottle for water. Having a quart bottle with you all the time makes it easy to have your 64 oz a day, or really 96 a day to keep super-hydrated. Just fill it with boiled or Britta filtered water and keep it with you all the time.

from a medical stand point that is alot of vitamins to be taken at the some time. even when ur preg they advice not to take more then two prenatal a day or take prenatal and iron at the some time u should space out. People sometimes think vitamins cant harm you but they can. I would talk to a doctor about ur vitamin regimen. but everything else is a great.

@tealeh2 but a multi vitamin and prenatal and vitman e is to much at one time!! im happy they put the click note in it finally!! but the muti vitamin and prenatal are like taking a double dose it basically the same. If u read the back of a one a day and prenatal alot state not to mix wit other vitamins or meds. i know people think it cant be a problem but to much can be.

Oily foods & oils r good 4 u, olive, grapeseed, flaxseed oils, etc, r al good 4 our bodies. That’s y fruits, veggies & seeds naturally have these oils in them, 4 us 2 eat & stay healthy; its the fake oily fats that’s not good 4 us. If al oils were bad 4 us, then why is it naturally in our plant foods. Oil is the best thing 4 us inside & out, like our skin. These natural oily fats r meant 2 keep our bodies healthy & fueled not just drinking water & relying on vitamins.

The best thing we can do 2 having healthy beautiful looking skin. Yes, drinking water, eating fruits, veggies, nuts & seeds even the oily 1′s. Don’t worry u won’t get fat or pimply blackhead zits on ur face. If u can’t eat some of these foods, well yes take a vitamin pill, but y recommend cheap vitamins. We spend heaps of money on nice outfits, shoes & our hair, What happen 2 getting our vitamins from our plant foods we’re supposed 2 eat 2 stay strong & alive.

Hello, I appreciate your water intake suggestion.
Drinking with meals (water included) actually neutralizes the digestive acids in the tummy; the acids are needed to break down the food.
So, the suggestion is drinking a glass of water 30 minutes BEFORE a meal or 2 hours AFTER a meal (It takes a normal tummy 2 hours to empty itself and pass the food to the small intestine).

My aunt is a ob nurse and she said that it is dangerous to take prenatal vitamins if you aren’t expecting because you can easily overdose on iron. :/
