THE best vitamin for hair growth?


From your experience, what would you say is the best vitamin for hair growth, having significant results? I'd really like to grow my hair real long, & as fast as possible.

Or any tips for healthy + long hair?

    Can you really make your hair grow faster? The answer is no. The speed of growing is on your genes. But because of different factors our hair does not grow with its maximum speed. If you eliminate things that slow down hair growth, hair will grow faster. What factors slow down hair growth?

  2. I’ve been doing research for the past few days and people say that tea tree oil and coconut oil makes your hair grow like CRAZY! All you have to do it take a little into your hands and give your scalp a message. This gets the blood vessels going and promotes healthy and long hair. Hope this helps!!!

  3. wash ur hair alot and messeage the roots encorages growth oh yeah and eat protein cos thats what ur hair is made up of and keep stress levels as low as possible :)

  4. keratin supplements will help ensure strength but nothing makes it grow faster-long hair is a long term dedication once achieved to be treasured .despite the adverts shampoos are detergent and dry and damage your hair .use only sparingly. if you insist on daily washed hair don’t use shampoo ideally proper distilled water would be best but don’t use the proprietary distilled water sold for topping up batteries as they put traces of acid in it to stop green algae forming in the bottles –in some respects the less you wash your hair the better, good health is the important starting point
