The best multi vitamins for young athletics?
Hello, I am 15 years old and am going to start taking multi vitamins with the following:-
1500 mg Calcium
600 IU Vitamin D
25 mg Iron
25 mg Zinc
Glucosamine Chrondite: 750mg 2x
I've been practising Karate since 8 years, i was wondering what are the best mutli vitamins for someone like me to take are?

A basic multi is good. There is really no need to stress here. If you don’t drink milk, it might be good to get a seperate Vit D and Calcium supplement, otherwise, just take a general one.
Avoid the womens muilti if your male due to the added iron.
