  2. When I work my arms out they always tend to get bigger, and sadly they’re already too big, compared to the rest of my body, because of fat. Im guessing there’s no way to get smaller arms without losing boobage? :P

  10. I love your videos! I normally walk outside but it’s cold where I am and I have been looking for exercises I can do at home. I also like these because they don’t require a lot of bouncing which can disturb neighbors! Please post more! :-)
