  12. Important team. Ab workouts are a help but whats more important is what you eat. Or for that fact. what you don’t eat. Such as junk. High Sugar and High Fat foods. Cut that junk out and watch your abs come through.

When crossing the leg over the opposite knee the glutes and hip rotators will add resistance to the contra-lateral hip flexors, not the lower abdomen. stating that the glutes will add resistance to the lower abs is incorrect. Because the abdominals attach to the superior portion of the pelvis, anything inferior to this will not effect the flexion of the abdomen/pelvis. an exception would be iliopsoas, but this is a hip flexor.

  24. maybe this kind of training helps somebody to get sixpack.but thus you can train your abs ten years or so.The people who really want to get sixpack for six or eight months,I recommend the video with Dolf Lundgren on you tube.
