Why is it on most of these exercise vids that ppl get on and do nothing but sling insults? If you are not in agreeance with what is being shown, then simply shut the vid down and buggar off. No one is forcing you to watch this. I’m sick of clicking on exercise vids for help, to find the comments are nothing but childish. Grow up!

The guy talks too much.But in fact every exercise got to be done with some weight on the feets or on the kness.How heavy?It depends how heavy you feel to manage.And of course hardcore training,better every day.In some months the result will be outstanding.
