  16. @unnamedfeeling199p actually no cus if you work back , you kinda work you biceps a little too , and it give a nice warm up for you arm workout..and a double workout ..you really cant overwork the biceps by doing the arem and back ..in the same day..but if you work your arms hard one day then want to work your back , your biceps may be too weak to workout or too stressed to work the back out ..its better to work the biceps and back together..ive know this since i was a teenager
