The 19th Mile Movement was developed to encourage the world, but specifically the US, to take a stand against obesity. Together, everyone can make a difference. Sometimes we just have to go the extra mile. The plan is to walk 1000 miles in 30 days. Nevertheless, it is not the amount of miles that's important. What is important is that we take action to make sure we get America and the rest of the world back on track. Studies show that walking is essential to our daily lives. It helps reduce the risk of diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure; all directly connected with being overweight. And even if you're not overweight, walking IS for everyone. Come join me in the fight for a healthier America. We can do this together. One step at a time. Sincerest Regards, Chase Founder and Director of The 19th Mile Movement

wow this is an amazing vid. you have my support 100%. I actually work as a physical trainer and I go down to my younger brothers’ middle school once a week to help work against child obesity by making fitness fun. (their school has a terrible PE program) again fantastic video and you should definitely make more.
