is this a once a week treatment or wat? how long can i use this stuff? should i continue to use it when my teeth are whiten?

I personally will use it a few times a week depending on how long I leave it in for. Once your teeth get to the whiteness you desire I suggest using it less often but keeping up with it so that they wont stain. Dont over use it because it could cause sensitivity and loss of the enamel on your teeth, which can be uncomfortable when drinking cold or hot liquids.

do you have to put the mouthguard in or just leave the gel on the teeth?

@thelanceman if you dont have the mouth guard then its okay. just try not let the gel rub off on your lips. i do recommend picking up the kit because it includes the mouth guard and the rinse.

@sexytimevids09 Thanks for the info. Yeah, got the gel a little on my lips yesterday and it kinda chapped them. Maybe I should use the chapstick first. I just can’t handle the mouthguard in my mouth when it’s starts foaming. Then I start gagging! I see some people putting it on their teeth with a q-tip. If that’s okay then I’ll just do that. Thanks again!!

ii kno ii am a bit late on this but ii use this gel but ii dnt have to mouth guard or the rinse and ii dnt see tht much of a difference when ii use the gel ii apply it nd then close my mouth but then mi mouth gets full of spit nd the gel any answers ??

@papayoyo013 Yeah I know what you mean. It would totally help if you had the mouth guard. The mouth guard helps keep the gel on your teeth so that your lips wont wipe it away when you open or close your mouth. What I would suggest doing (and this is what I do) after you apply the gel just lay down on your back that way the saliva wont go on your teeth and mix with the whitening gel. Its kind of like when you go to the dentist and they lay you back. Try that, I hope it helps!

it does not Whiten in 5 min it starts working in 5 min your suposed to keep it in there for 10 to15 min …. read the box lol :)
