Teeth Whitening “Baking Soda” Toothpaste and Mouthwash

This tutorial teaches you how powerful and effective baking soda (aka bread soda or cooking soda) can be in removing horrible, dark stains on your teeth generated by smoke, red wine, coffee and tea, as well as in whitening your teeth using natural and organic baking soda, so that you do not have to spend a fortune on those not so effective and yet teeth-whitening (expensive) products on the market. If you are getting ready for a date, do carry a few sachets of baking soda with you. So after a meal full of wine and coffee, you can always whiten your teeth in the restaurant bathroom. Try it out; you will love it!

It is harmless to use it every day, but this recipe aims to help remove stains, so it’d be better for you to use it after you have consumed coffee, tea or red wine. :) V

  8. Dude! use it as a mouthwash but don’t brush your teeth with it undiluted like that, it is abrasive! put a bit on you hand and run it round your fingers! feel how its like sand? very dangerous and will probably cause hypersensitivity after daily use! or even weekly.

Some of this factors are smoking, drinking too much coffee and too much sugar intake etc. We should take care of our teeth cause this is the first thing that a person notices as we do things in our daily lifestyle activities!
