Teen trying to lose weight/diet?


Hey there! I am trying to lose some weight. I am 5'8" and weigh about 130 lbs and female and 15 yrs old. Do you think this is a good weight and i would love to drop 10 lbs or so soon.
What I normally eat daily
Breakfast: yogurt
Snack: pretzel (not a lot)
Lunch: soup, or pasta, something light.
Dinner: Whatever my mum cooks. normally like chicken breasts, potatoes, pizza (not too often), lean cuisines etc.
I normally drink water, vitamin water

any weight loss ideas
i definately do not think i am overweight, i would like to shed a few pounds though.

  1. vitamin water has a lot of calories, (so I was told). Try some cardio exercises, it will make a big difference, If you do that you should be able to eat what you want cause you seem to eat pretty good already. and you don’t sound over weight either.

  2. Jog like 1 time a day for 30 minutes it burns off 400 calories I’m also 15 but I’m 5’2" and I weigh 140
