Taking some new hair growth vitamins and I have a few questions?
I'm 17, and I'm going to be taking these vitamins called MAXI-HAIR by Country Life. I wanted to know if there are any problems taking certain vitamins or minerals with levels as high as 2,000 % +, as shown in the supplement facts below. Also, they come in the form of tablets and the bottle says they are "time released" however the size is about 2x bigger than I'm used to. Is it safe to cut the tablets in to 2 or 3 small pieces and then take them?
