I really liked this. She describes and leads the exercises so well. I went ahead and bought the Gentle Fitness DVD. It’s the only DVD program that I’ve ever looked forward to every time I put it in. It makes me feel great – and it helps give me some get up and go each time I use it! I’ve followed it over and over and I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of it. good stuff. thanks.

This was sooo cool. Whilst reviewing for the NY bar, I always got stiff neck, and really could not do much exercise. But heck — this was really good to relieve tense muscles on my neck, shoulders and wrists. And it has abdomen exercises too — cool! Thanks a lot!

Hello! Thank you for those kind words. I hope you have much fun teaching, and you feel really good inside when you look out and see people in your class with happy, engaged faces .. and as though they just know what you’re sharring with them gives their bodies a smile and their hearts a smile. Thank you this really helped me in developing a workout plan for a class project. Could you tell me where the music is from in the beginning? Thanks a ton!

@jenruso What an encouraging comment. Thank for taking time to write. I hope your project went well! The music is from a set of about a dozen clips from what’s called a ‘music library’. Music put together and owned by the production studio and used by a producer like me, to adapt to program. That particlar cut isn’t my favorite, but it does have a ‘pick me up’ attitude :-)
