Help me find a Multivitamin!?

I just finished reading two books:
The Acne Cure by Terry J. Durow and Hair Loss Prevention: Through Natural Remedies by Ken Peters. They both cover a section of diet and supplements one should take. They mainly focus on there particular part skin/hair. I'm now combined both of then and am now looking for a Multivitamin/s that best covers all the following:
Combo of Hair book & Skin book
Supplement Intake

Vitamin A: 10,000 IU per day
With Beta Carotene (Specify Natural Source)

Alpha Lipoic Acid - 100 mg

Vitamin B Complex 100 mg
- Thiamin (B1)
- Riboflavin (B2)
- Niacin (B3) take 25mg with a meal. Should Buy on its own
Naicin is not to be confused with the other from B3 Niacinamide
- Pantothenic Acid (B5) 100mg three (3) times a day to 1000mg
- Pyridoxine (B6)
- Biotin (B7): 300mcg (but some people take 3 times more then that)
- Folic Acid (B9)
- Take B-Complex Supplement that has all he ones you want to focus on.
- Take 3 times a day (though out your day is most effective.)

Vitamin C - 1,000-5,000 mg (take more the older you are)
Should include Bioflavanoids. (Specify ‘Buffered’)

- ALWAYS USE “ ’d’ alpha tocopherol”
- DO NOT USE “ ’dl’ alpha tocopherol”
- try and get a combo with Gamma Tocopherol (more if your older)

Inositol: 100mg to 200mg per day

Different forms are:
- zinc gluconate- zinc citrate

- Sulfur supplement must be as a single Amino Acid and NOT apart of a Amino Complex

- Floradix (Best supplement brand of Iron)

Silica: 10 and 20mg. Recommended 2 to 3 times that amount for a month and slowly reduce.

- EFA supplements are: 3 capsules a day.
