I need Vitamin E oil for stretching my ears. Where do I get it?
I'm currently stretching my ears, and I'm at a size 2. I don't think I'll go any bigger than a 0, but getting the 0 in the 2 hole is a huge beeeotch (DANG YOU, YAHOO SENSORS!)! So I've heard that Vitamin E oil works well and is good for your ears, but I've got no idea where to get it! Can I get it at a local drugstore, or do I have to go to one of those fancy-schmancy health stores? Also, and tips on stretching your ears would be appreciated. :]
Help.. Black poo? is this normal?
I have been trying to conceive for almost 2 months and have been taking folic acid every day. Yesterday i started taking pregnacare vitamins and today my poo was black!! really really dark!
i heard to much iron can cause black poo, and wasnt sure if pregnacare has lots of iron in?
Also.. is black poo something to worry about??

i just read an article that says vitamins c and e don’t prevent heart disease?
it then goes on to say that it might actually be harmful. Thoughts? The same article says that b-12 and folic acid did not prevent heart disease either.

I recently asked on here about experiencing pain when I took a well known name-brand, popular, non-herbal
I started 4 days ago taking a well none, on the store shelf multi vitamin. A nurse answered me, saying my pain is psycolsomatic, or in my head. However, I am not imagining the ear, foot, leg, knee, wrist, finger, ankle, and shoulder pain that started since I took the first few days of this daily vitamin. She suggests my intense pain is in my head. That's the most ansurd answer I ever recieved on Yahoo Answers to date! She claims to be a nurse, but sounds like a psychiatrist treating the symptoms not the cause of my pain. I really think in some ways, the vitamin suppliment has good aspects...my facial and head hair has taken off like a forest. I think the vitamins might be too high in certain things, causing my pain. Maybe each person has thier own exact amount of vitamin A B C D E etc. Why she says my pain is psycosymatic pissed me off. Nurse? Boo!

i went to a vitamin store yesterday and i seen a bottle (i cant remember what its called) that helps muscle growth. it seemed like a steroid because on the side it read (warning: do not take if you are competing in an athletic event. this product will give false info in urine test as if it was a steroid.) something like that. i think it was to increase testostorone. my question is because im interested does pills like this work and if not does anyone know any shake or pill that REALLY works?

I used to consider myself a secretary dark person, Until i cut my hair, I couldnt hide my eyes (I'm different, If my eyes can be seen, my attitude changes, i feel spirits can communicate via eye contact, anyways back to the question)
Which fruits and vegetables are the best sources of Vitamen B
Because i was told getting lots of vitamin B in your diet is one of the best ways to get faster hair growth
(because i got a bad haircut, my eyes are exposed)
see, I got the haircut a while ago, and i was pretty normal, but recently i'd been listening to U2 and it's been bringing back all the bad and good memories, of all the lost people in my life, And I want to revert back to my old life, where i wasn't constantly thinking about my own depression
And why? Because my eyes were hidden, noone can communicate with my unless I talk that way, which i rarely do when i'm sad

Help! Ah! My hair!!?
My hair has been breaking off really, really badly lately and I know that processing (perming) my hair doesn't help at all but for the time being it needs to be processed. What are some things I can use on my hair to 1) stop breakage 2) make my hair grow faster, longer, healthier 3) keep it moisturized?
