Monday, March 17, 2003 Paul and Rose take great pleasure in announcing to Holden, Lily and Lucinda that they are officially engaged. Outside, Dusty warns a mystery caller that he doesn't think there is anything he can do to stop the engagement this time. Invited inside, Dusty is hesitant when Paul asks him to be his best man for the ceremony. He asks Rose if she's okay with the decision and she claims she's fine with it. Lily urges her sister to try to make amends with Barbara for Paul's sake. Barbara and Dusty wonder what's the best way to stop Rose and Paul's wedding. Carly's machinery starts beeping when Rosanna arrives at the hospital. When Carly's spiked high blood pressure goes down drastically after Jack arrives, she suggests that it's his presence that has helped her the most. Jack orders Rosanna and Craig to stay away from Carly and insists that he won't allow Craig to railroad Carly into going back to work. After John orders complete bed rest and no stress for Carly, Jack asks Emma if Carly can stay at the farm. Carly urges Craig to find another designer but he won't hear it. Finding Katie offering her advice on how to face a jury, Chris urges Alison not to pay attention to Katie. Susan is outraged to discover that her daughter has been faking her illness and buying expensive chocolate from the gift shop. She insists that Alison come home with her. Aaron uses pizza and a new CD to get Lucy to stand up and hold him as they "dance" together.
