Taking 1per day FLINTSTONES COMPLETE MULTIVITAMINS contains folic acid 400 mcg, Do I need to take two per day?

I am 4 weeks pregnant.I tried to have prenatal vitamins, it didn't work I felt nauseatic all the time then My doctor told me to take one flintstones complete multi-vitamins(taking one tablet per day), but when I explore some threads here people are taking two tablets per day, Do I need to take two as well??

Folic acid :400 mcg, vitamin b12: 6mcg,
vitamin b6: 2mg,Biotin :40mcg and some other vitamins too like vit A,C, D,E
