I seen a vitamin commercial on tv advertising a new multi vitamin that is a gel cap and that is easy to digest. I think the brand name started with "Nature" I have looked on line and at wal-mart with no luck. Has anyone seen the commercial?
How high how of blood pressure puts me at risk for a heart attack?
I'm a 17 year old male. 6'0 feet tall, 170 pounds. My blood pressure is 131/80 which is significantly high for my age. The doctor checked it three times and then I checked myself at Wal-Mart. I have high blood pressure from genetics and drink a lot of caffeine which I'm trying to cut back on.

How can I get my platinum blonde hair to grow back?
OK I have NO clue why my hair won't grow, there is one spot alone on the bottom left underside where my head and neck come together where my head was shaved in an about 4in by 4 in area to operate and remove what ended up a benign lump thank god, but that was in 1995 and it only grew back so much about 3 or 4 inches and my hairs layers are uneven ={, it is so far off from the rest of my hair, I also have very thin hair not only by genetics but mediations i am on and yes dying {been getting it the lightest color blonde I can WITHOUT turning to bleach}
IM wanting to know how can I help my hair to grow back at least in a little better shape, its only a smidge below shoulder length.. I condition the crap out of once a week, I got scalp massages, trims and protein treatments, as well as only my roots done... Ive even spent tons of money I don't have anymore for paul mitchell supercharged conditioner, redken cat AND nioxin
The other issue here is we allegedly have soft water but when I shower my hair goes green if Im not super careful, does anyone have some cheap home remedies, or products I can get say at pamida or wal mart that may help? I am in a tiny po dunk town so no Sallys or Wal Mart here just a pamida... also which would be more realistic appearing and cheaper to get say in store, I dont have a cc so cn't order online.... wigs or clip on hair extensions? and I also heard some of the african american products on caucasian hair helps too, a fellow dancer I worked with had issues like me and she said pink oil moisturizer helped alot is this true it works? I would like to have anna nicoles hair color or marilyns but what shaed at home would be best for this and a,lso the healthiest for ones hair to use at home... thank you everyone in advance!! PS I can't take the prenatal vitamins they messed with my stomach something awful and can't take iron, so I usually eat steamed veggies, brown rice, yes I admit I LOVE my chocolate lol and I eat grains, I have had eating issues in the past as well so I know that doesent help

I have an uncontrollable appetite and can't seem to stop being hungry. I'm starving again after just 2 short hours after eating dinner at night. I need to lose 70 lbs.and I'm desperate. I'm wishing I could find something that works right at GNC (that's the only health/vitamins store I know of around here). Or even something sold at stores like Wal-Mart etc. I'm SICK of my fat body and I need something to help curve this enormous appetite.

I know there are Shaklee vitamins then there are the rest like cheap suspicious stuff you can pretty much buy these from amazon to grocery store to wal-mart to health food stores. But I was wondering if it is the same with essential oils? What are the honest company that makes product that deserve your every penny?
A good multivitamin that I can buy at a major retailer?
I am 15 years old and I think I may need some more iron, zinc, and other vitamins. My hair has been falling out easier and I have white spots on my fingernails. I've been to the doctor numerous times (except for the hair loss) since I am a complete hypochondriac and he always reassures me there is nothing wrong with me, even though I haven't been back since I started being able to pull out 1 or 2 strands of hair almost every time I run my fingers through it.
I know that eating a good diet is the best way to get vitamins and stuff, but that isn't always possible under my situation. I can't go to a "GNC" or whatever everyone else is talking about to get a good quality multivitamin so I would like to know if there are any ones that seem to work fairly well that I could buy from wal-mart or another major retailer. I have tried the equate one from wal-mart, but i've done some research and it apparently is not absorbed very well, so does anyone know of any better ones?

I watched Oprah a while back,and in Asia they take some type of vitamins that is supposed to be real healthy for you.
