I was forced to quit smoking weed 9 days ago and used it to treat depression. I am not doing this by choice. My life is totally different now....and at moments I cannot sit still. I cannot enjoy anything like I used to... the sunset, food, movies - nothing. I take St Johns Wart & Welbutrin for depression but it does not do the trick like weed did. Is there anything I can buy at the vitamin store or ANYTHING I can take to boost whatever chemcials are now lacking causing me to feel so down? I feel like I am in a bad dream and cannot wake up. I cannot take this much longer.

My patience level is down to zero and every little thing infuriates me. I cannot sleep for more than 4 hours at a time. Overall my days feel dull and lifeless....there is a huge void. I cannot sit still...I am hyper...I cannot relax. Everyone is saying to exercise but I don't want to do that either....is there ANYTHING I can buy at a vitamin store or something to get through this? I have smoked every day for 3 years and quiting NOT by choice....help!

Need advice for new facial cleanser …?
I used to use Rachel Perry's Tangerine Dream Facial Cleanser but it's been discontinued. I have fair, dry, sensitive skin, and although it wasn't really moisturizing, it worked well with other Rachel Perry products (sea kelp face scrub and calendula-melon oil free moisturizer) that I still have and use (for now). I would like to replace the whole line with something similar that is non-irritating. I know I don't like any general drug-store cleansers like Clean and Clear or Biore or Neutragena. I've also tried a cream cleanser by Alba botanical that I wasn't thrilled about.
I know I'm not ever going to find the exact same product, but I need something that's not too expensive and actually makes my skin feel clean. I prefer things that you would find at a nutrition/vitamin store over things that I have to get from a cosmetic counter. I just haven't been very successful in what few attempts I've made to try to break away from the Rachel Perry line. I've been using it for about a decade, I feel like my security blanket is being taken away from me!

Thanks Judy W, but, 2 things-- I don't have any acne at all and I don't like Clean and Clear (it makes me break out). I have dry/sensitive skin and I'm just looking for a sensitive replacement cleanser and exfoliate that makes my skin feel clean. (Moisturizing cleansers, cream cleansers, cleansing milks do not, they make me feel like I still need to wash my face.)

How can I get a retail store to carry a nutritional supplement that I designed and had manufactured?
Hi Everyone! I have really been thinking about making my own nutritional supplement. I have been an athlete my whole life and want to create something that is tailored to what myself and my teammates feel is important as far as supplements go. The problem is, while I have a company lined up to manufacture my product and I am working on getting incorporated, I have no idea how to get my product out to the market. I have never worked at a vitamin store or health food store (just retail clothing!) so I don't know what their process is as far as agreeing to carry some one's product. I really feel that its a great idea, but I am so nervous to go ahead with having it manufactured because I don't know how to approach the store owners or how I will get it out to the public. If anyone works for a vitamin or health food store and knows how the process works, I would really really appreciate any feedback you have and how I could get a store interested in carrying my product and would it be totally impossible to do that given all the huge brands that currently offer products through these stores. Ok, i don't want to be a whistleblower but im just wondering, i work at a vitamin store and my boss gives tourguides 20% commision for whatever the tour(the group of people the tourguide brings in) buys. In addition, my boss raises the prices on certain items in order to make more profit. Is this legal? i am just wondering, to me this seems wrong but i am not sure.
