Stimulate Eyebrow Growth?
My eyebrows are naturally thick but not bushy, they sued to be likie nina dobrev's (http://www.topnews.in/files/images/Nina-Dobrev_0.jpg) http://www.vampirediariesfanatic.com/gallery/elena-gilbert-picture/ my best friend did my eyebrows and now they're smaller. They do not look bad at all but i've decided i don't want small ones anymore. Is there a way to make my hairgrowth faster? I don't mean make them thicker, i jsut mean make them grow back faster. i've read many where they say ' iwant thicker eyebrows, mine don't grow thick, they have no hair' stuff, cause they do grow, i just want it faster?
Will vaseline help even a little. And will vitamins? Because y doctor told my mom to get me vitamins since theyre trying to see if im anemic or have vitamin deficiency so ill have vitamins pretty soon, i just want to know if that will help too. Thanks, everyone!!
Mine are like this but have hair growing so they're longer, (they have the length like nina's, and i just need to grow them a bit more and then shape them a little then i ve got it, so i just want them to grow faster)

Ridges in fingernails associated with a vitamin deficiency?
I have grooves/ridges in all my fingernails. They run lengthwise, and I don't have fungus or infection. Someone told me that's a sign of a certain type of vitamin deficiency. Which vitamin is this, and which foods are rich in that vitamin?
How can you find out if you have a vitamin deficiency?
Do you have to go to the doctor for blood tests and such or is there another way? I read that people who are underweight (like me) sometimes can't gain weight or muscle because of a vitamin deficiency, which vitamin would that be? Would taking a multi-vitamin daily take care of it?
Is this chapped lips?!!!!!!????!??!?!?
i have had chapped lips ever since september 8 2009! my skin wuld peel from the bottom of my bottom lips and da top of my lip the middle part wuld get so chapped! i used spf15 lip balm and it didnt do any results,it just made it worse by getting me white sticky stuff inside my mouth dat i hav 2 take off every once in a while. everytime i brush my teeth my lips wuld b all wrinkled and sensitive(when i pass my towel by my lips the skin wuld peel off)i also see white stuff inside my mouth and around the corners of my mouth) i have been using aquaphore for the last 2 weeks and it kinda help because the crack i used 2 have in the middle of my bottom lip doesnt open up no more, and now my lips dont peel of from the bottom part, but the skin do cut themselfes into small pieces and make my lips look nasty!when i peel my lips off (when i finish brushing my teeth)it doesnt hurt because my whole ip skin wuld be white.is this a yeast infection?a fungus?is it normal?what is it!!??i also jacked of one day and kinda skeeted on my mouth by accident lmao.im not dehydrated!i take vitamins so its not a vitamin deficiency!its not cuz od the cold cuz i lived in miami my whole life! If I follow this, Will I lose my belly and leg fat by the end of the summer?
Part 1: Running: it's cheap, accessible, and you get quick results. No membership to the gym required, and all you need are a pair of running shoes, shorts, and a shirt. If you run around your neighborhood for 45 minutes to an hour for 5 or 6 days a week, you'll lose abdominal fat, your thighs will shrink and become muscular, you'll look leaner, you'll sleep better, and you'll be able to do other fun physical activities like hiking more easily.
Part 2: Strength training. Again, easy, accessible, cheap. No membership to the gym required. You can lift weights right in your own home. For example, take a dictionary to start, balance it on your hands while laying down, and lift up and down. Ta-da, strength training for the arms. Or, buy a set of weights from a sports store; they're relatively inexpensive.
Part 3: Cut back on the junk food and replace it with fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy products, lean meats, whole grains, etc. Your diet doesn't have to be so strict that you end up binging on the bad stuff. Just make substitutions. Instead of ice cream, eat frozen yogurt. For your chips substitute, eat fat-free Pringles. Make sure you get enough of the good calories, and don't skip any of the food groups! (that means no low-carb diets) Any mineral or vitamin deficiency in your diet will compromise your energy stores and your overall health. Get involved in your cooking, so you know exactly what's going into your mouth. Look up healthy recipes on the internet. You'll find that a lot of these healthier foods taste much better than you thought they would. (Plus, you're spending the same amount of money on food; you're just buying different stuff.)
Part 4: Reward yourself every now and then. It's fine to live a little. Just make sure you're only rewarding yourself once or twice a week.
Part 5: Stay active even on your recovery days. Take a hike with friends in the mountains. Go for a leisurely swim. Bike with a significant other. Pick up a sport hobby, like tennis.
Part 6: Keep at it and have patience. You didn't gain the weight overnight, so you're not going to lose it overnight. Don't expect to lose more than 2 pounds per week. Doctors and dietitians recommend this amount; anything else is considered to be unhealthy. The combination of eating right and exercising regularly WORKS. You'll become leaner and you'll stay that way if you continue to eat right and exercise daily.
I'm trying to lose 15/20 pounds.
