skin vitamins?
i looked up on the internet and found out some vitamins for healthy, blemish free skin:
Vitamin A (with carotenoids) - 3000 IU daily
Thiamine (Vitamin B1) - 100 mg 3 times daily
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) - 100 mg 3 times daily
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) - 200 mg 3 times daily
Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) - 100 mg 3 times daily
Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) - 100 mg 3 times daily
Vitamin C with bioflavonoids - 1000 to 1600 mg 3 times daily
Chromium - 150 mcg per day
Zinc - 25-30mg per day
Vitamin E - 400 IU daily
---> Do you know of any brand that contains everything mentioned above? I mean, just one tablet that contains everything mentioned above? Please do tell me if you know of any brand sold internationally. Or do i really have to buy each tablet individually? I also looked up the components of Centrum and i noticed that each tablet in centrum didn't meet the exact mg, IU, or mcg of the vitamins mentioned.

How many of you with HEART DISEASE have been advised of the dangers of Homocysteines?
If you are on Statin drugs (For cholesterol control) you should be taking a Vitamin B6, B12 and Folic acid supplement plus a coQ10 supplement. Omega3 would also be nice.
These dtudies were made by lab that were owned or controlled by the pharmaceutical Manufacturers. Look at all of the test that show teflon coated pans to be safe. Look at all of the clinical tests that prove Microwave ovens are safe. Test can and are made to show any result the person paying for or doing the test want. i am speaking from over two years of what statins did to me. I am over them and I preach everyday to people who have the same problems that I HAD. HAD . HAD
I fid it hard to put any faith into tests since most are done by Labs in drug companies or funded by drug compaies. The FDA will not look at vitamin supplements. drug companies do not want me taking vitamin supplements. You really have to protect yourself from the FDA, Drug manufacturers and the medical profesion (Ranked 43 rd in the Free world).According to the World Health Org.
what vitamins and how much should i take and what is too much?
So, I am somewhat of a health freak. I try to count my calories and eat healthy. I also don't believe in taking medication. (unless I absolutely have to) I am pretty much a healthy 24 year old female and I just want to know if I am taking my vitamins properly. I have mood problems, so I read that vitamin B helps with that. I take a multivitamin and also I take Vitamin B6 and B12 and Folic Acid alond with chromium. This is my regimen on a daily basis, however I was reading the back of my multi vitamin and It has all of those things in it, so i was wandering if i was taking too much. I take the folic acid for the mood enhancing reason also and the chromium to help regulate my blood sugar, because I get low often.
Vitamins. Is there anything in here that I should be concerned about?

How do I lengthen my luteal phase? Prenatal vitamins or vitamin B6?
Hey guys I'm trying to lengthen my luteal phase. I'm taking prenatal vitamins. Is that ok since it has vitamin B6 and B12, or do I have to take vitamin B6 by itself or in additon to? Also, is this the only way to lengthen my luteal phase? From charting I found out I have 8-9 day luteal phase. Pls help TTC, any advice. Thanks!
