How do I take my Vitamins (Am I doing this right)?
I'm currently taking..
with breakfast:
- 500 mg Vitamin C
- 400 IU Vitamin E
with lunch:
- 1000 mg Omega 3 fish oil
- 8000 mcg Biotin
- Vitamin B-complex (Thiamine mononitrate, riboflavine, nicotinamide, pyridoxine HCl)
with dinner:
- 1000 mg Omega 3 fish oil
- 5 mg Folic acid
I was just wondering if I was doing this the right way? My sis takes the same vitamins but she takes hers all together with dinner. When is the best time of day to take each vitamin? For example, my doctor says that I should take the B-complex in the morning as it will make me feel more energized.
Thanks in advance!!! :)

What vitamin B dosage is recommended to take with sam-E?
I read you should take 100mg of vitamin B complex along with sam-E to prevent Homocysteine buildup, but that sounds really high. Is that dosage okay? I don't want to overload on the B vitamins, and I haven't found a clear answer on what is too much. Also, can I still take my multi-vitamin as well?
Thanks for any info.
If your body is used to taking vitamin supplements will not taking them result in a small defiency?
I have been taking vitamin B complex and mens multi sport vitamin regularly. This past week I ran out and noticed that I have been extremely tired and not motivated. Now this could all be bad timing but could my body be used to taking the vitamins so not taking them caused a decrease in my physical performance? Also my diet is very healthy, protein, carbs, fruits, veges ect ect..What do you think?
Could liquid vitamin b complex be the cause of my headaches?
I have been taking liquid vitamin b complex and it seems that every day I have a headache, achy back and fatigue. Could this be the cause?
