i've already asked my dermatologist and he recommended a chemical peel buts thats waaay too expensive and painful. does anyone have any experience or results from using lemon juice, tomatoes, tea tree oil, vitamin e, or honey? i have really bad acne scars on my chin that have been here from 2 weeks to a month. is there any way to clear those up (quickly)??

I read somewhere that consuming Vitamin C whitens the skin. How much citrus fruits, tomatoes and other sources of Vitamin C (supplements excluded) should I eat everyday in order to get the whitening effect without harming my health? And how long will it take?
