When is the best time of the day to take vitamins (multivitamins to be exact)?
I want to know on what time of the day should I take my vitamins for my system to absorb its maximum benefits. Is it morning, after breakfast, or at night, before going to sleep?

the person at the store said that it should be taken after the dinner meal. i somehow feet that post breakfast in the morning is the best time.

I mean, what time of the day? Its not a vitamin for pumping muscles or because I have sickness. Just a regular supplement for my everyday needs. Is it in the morning after breakfast? After lunch time? Before bedtime? Or as soon as I wake up? What time do you usually take yours and does it matter at all? I need your opinions. And don't tell me I should have a prescription of a doctor or something. Just your suggestion when is the best time to take a vitamins.
