Acne & Vitamin E ….?
I recently bought some Vitamin E capsules hoping to get rid of red marks from acne. I take the capsules orally. However, I am wondering if piercing the capsules and putting it over my face will work better. My skin produces oil during the day but if I do it this way and leave it on for 5/10 minutes later then wash my face with oil remover cleanser/Exfoliate (Clean & Clear) will I still come out in breakouts from the Vitamin E oil or will the cleanser remove it all?
I've heard putting Vitamin E Capsules on your face works better than taking it orally.
I have red marks on my T-Zone area from bad acne.
Thanks ...
What's a good daily routine for an oily t-zone?
Which cleansers, moisturizers, scrubs, etc should I use for my oily t-zone? Which has a good amount of pimples on the forehead, hairline, around the eyebrows, and on the nose.
In the morning I would use St. Ives Apricot Scrub then put some Clean & Clear Morning Burst in SPF15. At night I would put on some Neutrogena Power Cream Wash and moisturize with Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer.
Other products I own these products but don't use them because I don't know where to fit it into my routine:
Sea Breeze Astringent for Senstive Skin, Eskinol Lemon Cleanser, Neutrogena Triple Action Toner, Stridex Sensitive w/Aloe, Tea Tree Oil, and Neutrogena On The Spot Acne Treatmeant (2% benzoyl peroxide) <--- this made my pimples enflamed
I was thinking this products are too harsh for my skin?
I was considering buy Cetaphil for my combination skin?
I think my skin is sensitive?
I did ask my dermatologist but I forgot to tell her my sebum is my problem and I won't see her until November or something. :P
Other than that I do everything right, I pull my hair back so it won't make my face oily, I sleep in clean bedsheets, I don't stand out in the sun too often, the rest of my body is pimple-less and so are my dry parts of my face. My diet is vegetarian but I don't eat lots of greens, I take my vitamins though, I drink a moderate amount of water, I'd dirnk more but we keep running out of bottles.
Any help? Sorry for the long question/explination. ^^;
What cleanser do you reccomend?
I'e been using this new garnier nutritioniste gel cleanser that has vitamin B5 and green leaf extract which is supposed to be good for the skin but it dosen't seem to help my t-zone (my problem areas). Other than my t-zone my face is pretty clear, so I'm not sure if a cleanser with salicylic acid would be too strong or if I need to go ahead and just use it ? None of the cleasners I've tried actually get into the pore it seems like, and my nose has blackheads. I exfoliate 1-2 times a week and use at home masks and everything but my t-zone never seems to clear up ! I know everyones skin is different but what do you reccomend? I would like to be able to purchase it from the drug store.
Thanks :)
what is best for my skin?
I have uncontrolable breakouts, oily t-zone but dry cheeks, my skin is also very sensitive to what i put on it. I use a 3 step skincare daily, i also tried using natural vitamins designed to help skin, and different types of products and NOTHING i have tried works. It has been very fustrating for me.
what can i do to make my skin clear and keep it that way?
Which foundation is better? Loreal Paris Feel Natural or Pure Makeup by Maybelline?
I've used both at different times and I can't decide which to buy. Pure makeup is 50% water, but Feel Natural has a vitamin complex that is good for your skin. I have an oily t-zone, so which has worked better for you?
the body shop: vitamin c moisturizer spf 15 vs seaweed moistue lotion spf 15?
i have oily skin on the T zone but the rest of my face is not oily nor dry. which one should i buy?
