What vitamin supplements should I be taking as a female looking to tone and build muscle mass?
hi I'm going on a strict diet while weight lifting (no milk, white breads, no processed foods, sweets) what vitamin supplements should I be taking??
Is it bad to not eat fruits?
I hate sweets. And fruits are just too sweet for my taste. I eat tons of vegetables all the time. I also drink only 100% fruit jucies, like v8 fusion and such with no added sugar. Some people have told me if I drink 100% fruit juices with no added sugar, then I am fine. Rarely I will eat apple slices, pinneaples, and those little fruti cups in stores. I get different vitamins in different ways. Is this ok?

Overdosing on Vitamins?
Well my mom bought the gummy bear vitamins and they taste sooo good. It says to eat only 2 but i end up eating like 10. I mean it doesnt say u must eat 2 it just says suggested...so i mean is it bad? to eat more than 2 vitamins? i never had digestion problems or had like poisoning sooo??
and i dont OD on pills...cause those don't really have a taste so i only take the suggested amount. But those gummy bears are like the only sweets in the house and they are soo good.

well they only cost like 5 dollars and there is like 220 of em. From like Costco its called like gummy vites
Weight loss advice? Please help!!!?
am 18, 5ft 6in and 189lbs. I want to lose 54lbs by next year May 2010. I am on the Special K diet for now only to lose the first couple of pounds to help me see results and get more motivated to drop even more and will be eating only 1,300 calories only. I gave up sweets and juice and soda. I am will be going to the 4x a week. Doing mainly cardio and weight lifting(every other day).
Will I lose weight with this TEMPORARY plan for now which is just a test drive? After I lose the first couple of pounds I am going to be putting more grains, greens, fiber, and more healthier nutrients in my body.

Is this a healthy weight loss program?
Does this meal plan sound healthy? Egg whites, wheat toast & fruit for breakfast. Lunch will be a nice big salad and fruit. And dinner will mostly vary from day to day. And snacks will be either fruit or a pouch of those 100 calorie snack bags. Also, I drink nothing but water and I don't eat sweets. My workouts will be like this: Cardio every morning and strength training with some dumbbells I have here at home 3 days a week.
Does this sound like it will work and be healthy enough for me to lose weight? And, should I take a multi vitamin everyday? If so, which one should I take based on this info:
