How do you find out what size a vitamin capsule is prior to purchasing a jar?
My child can only swallow small capsules. There are vitamins I want to order, but fear that I will open the bottle to find huge capsules. How do I find out what size the capsule is before I purchase?
My child has autism and requires many supplements due to being a picky eater and having difficulty digesting dairy and wheat. We have taught him how to swallow pills because he won't tolerate the grainy texture of most chewables.
Are there any supplements/vitamins that help in getting a leaner face?
I'm a guy. I've been working out for a while, and my face has gotten a lot less chubby than it used to be but I'm still not satisfied with it. I wonder if there's any kind of vitamins or supplements that can help with that?
Also, I'm 18, and I'm curious to know if my face will continue to get leaner as I age or if it's stopped, and I have no more "baby fat" to lose.
Thanks.
And I do plenty of running. In fact, my weight is pretty low. I'm a very slim guy, it's just my face that isn't...
Can taking too much of a Vitamin D supplement turn into fat?
I feel like I am not getting enough Vitamin D so today I bought a supplement, however after doing a little bit of reading I found that most Vitamin D supplements are fat-soluable and being the health freak that I am, am worried that this will cause an increase in fat amount. Can taking too much Vitamin D lead to an increase in fat?
Am I pairing the right vitamins with diet and exercise to lose weight?
I am taking Vitamin A, Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, FlaxSeed Oil, iron, Cinnamon capsules, Green tea capsules, ginseng capsules, and Cayenne fruit capsules along with my daily exercise and diet regimen. Am I taking too much or even the right things? I am taking the dosages like the label suggests, but I have never really taken any supplements before, but diet and exercise have never worked with me before. I do suffer from anemia.
Is it possible to take too much vitamin B12?
I read pregnant women are often B12 deficient and should take a supplement. I have been taking 100 mcg supplements the past few days but I recently read you only need about 2,6 mcg a day! WIll it simply be eliminated like Vitamin C or should I be worried?
