Can it be harmful? I wasn't thinking right and I took 2 in a 3 hour period.

Diet using nutrients from "One A Day" weight smart advanced tablets.?
Hi, i see how everyone posts that doing a diet requires that you get all the right nutrients and eat atleast 1,500 calories to lose weight. However, i want to use tablets called one a day that gives these nutrients and then eat healthy food to make sure i don't get more than 1,500 calories. Is this a good idea? The supplement facts in one a day is... vitamin a 2500 iu, vitamin c 60 mg, vitamin d 400 iu, vitamin e 30 iu, vitamin k 80 mcg, thiamin b1 1.9 mg, riboflavin b2 2.1mg, niacin 25mg, folic acid 400 mcg, vitamin b12 7.5mcg, pantothenic acid 12.5, calcium (elemental) 200mg, iron 18mg, magnesium 50mg, zinc 15 mg, selenium 70 mcg and coppe and maganese2 mg.oh yea, it also has chromium 200 mcg, guarana blend 180mg and green tea/cayenne blend 10 mg
Also... I want an answer to my question. NOT things i have to purchase like wi yu tea or anything like that. If there is an answer like that i will REPORT it, because it has nothing to do with answering my qustion.
What are some ways to have a super strong immune system?
I need ways to have a super strong and healthy immune system because i have previously had a parasitic infection and others in my house hold have not had the infection due to strong immune systems while i get the parasites quite frequently by a very low immune system the parasites i have had alot are called "pinworms" , well anyhow, i take a equate Women's One Daily (with calcium,iron, & zinc ) with the following Supplement Facts of 1 tablet ,

I know that this Vitamin can improve my immune system but i need
suggestions that will make my immune system be the healthiest and strongest
by the way i am 12 years old and i know that because of my low age my immune system is not that good but i need it to be good to fight off this disease forever so i dont have to get it ever again i am goign to the doctors sometime to explain this but, any suggestions will help i am in complete sadness with this infection and with my immune system

how much vitamins is too much?
okay. i just bought prenatal vitamins. and here's the supplement facts:
Vitamin A 4000 IU
Vitamin C 120 mg
Vitamin D 400 IU
Vitamin E 30 IU
Thiamin 1.8 mg
Riboflavin 1.7 mg
Niacin 20 mg
Vitamin B6 2.0 mg
Folic acid 800 mcg
Vitamin B12 8 mcg
Calcium 200 mg
Iron 28 mg
Zinc 25 mg
I don't even know some of thse vitamins...like Niacin and Riboflavin...
I know overdosing on vitamin D is harmful...but don't know about the rest. is this a good amount? should i be taking them?
Vitamins to make your hair grow?
I just recently this past April cut 12 inches of my hair and donated it to locks of love. And to be quite honest, I miss my hair long. So I want to grow it back. May I mention that my hair was like...my trademark. So I felt like it was the only physical thing that was special about me. And I still do. So I want it to grow back faster. My aunt told me to buy Biotin. And I asked my mom if she would buy it for me and she said yeah. Well then the other day she went through the medicine cabinet and handed me One Daily Maximum Vitamins [the generic Kroger version] and told me that it would work the same. I've only been taking it for a few days, but I was wondering if she was right. Will this help? And if it does, will it help as good as Biotin? I read the Supplement Facts on the back and it does read Biotin 30mg....is this vitamin really going to help me?

i went to gnc today to buy a b-complex and the lowest dosage one that they had was a 50mg b-complex...it really seems like a very high dosage because on the back you get like 3000% of everything...heres the supplement facts
