What to do for size 5 feet?

I'm 24 years old with size 5 feet--actually sometime a size 5 is even too big! I've searched everywhere for a way to help them grow (vitamins, stretches, etc.) but nothing seems to have any credibility. So...if there's nothing I can do to make them grow, I have to just be happy with what I have. But I can't find shoes! Of course with feet this small, I'm very small all over. I'm short, so I want to wear heels, but women's shoe stores usually start at a size 6 (sometimes 5.5). So can anyone point me in the direction of some cute--and cheap!--tiny shoes?
Or if by some miracle any of you have the secret to making them grow, let me know!
