What kind of B vitamin should I take for more energy?

I know there are a ton of B vitamins out there so I was wondering if there was a specific kind? I'm having a sluggish period in my life right now (not really alot stress going on either) where i have like zero energy,anyone have any ideas?

Any ideas for good vitamin supplements to aid in energy and mood?

I am 42 yr. old woman that had a hysterectomy 6 years ago. I now have the hot flashes, mood swing, etc etc. I seem to always be tired, no matter what I do..I think some if it may be stress( I have a son in Iraq). I don't sleep well at night, during the day I have no energy, but when time for bed I just toss and turn and then don't stay asleep through the night... I dont like to take medications, so if anyone has any "natural" remedies, I would be most grateful.

Can a vitamin D deficiency lead to stomach problems?

I often feel nauseous and get stomach pains, most often when eating. I recently found out I was vitamin D deficient and was told that it plays a role in the stomach. Can being vitamin D deficient really lead to my stomach pains, feeling of nausea, and intense gagging sometimes followed by vomit? I am going to college for the first time and am fully aware that stress can, and likely is, causing this but can low levels of Vitamin D be creating these issues as well?

Is it ok to eat vitamins that are meant for older women?

I am 24 and I wanted to start taking multi-vitamins and minerals. I got Centrum Silver and I did not notice that it is meant for women over 50. Is it ok to still take it? I'm not a usual pill popper but the change in diet and the stress I've been taking lately has made me feel not as healthy as I was before and I thought I should take some for a few weeks.

I'm on a fruit, vegetable and nut diet,(Vegetarian if you wish,) And I am now taking vitamin supplements,
I'm taking
Vitamin E
Vitamin D
Vitamin B-12
B stress Complex
and Flaxseed oil
As well as a teaspoon of Fish Oil.

Is that healthy?

How to lower blood pressure in minutes?

I do research studies for a living and lately I have been having problems with my blood pressure. It's not high, high, but just outside of the range. 140/90 is the upper limits and I have been 143/80, but have also been high just on diastolic. I attribute this to the stress in my life and the fact I really need the money that the study pays! When I get the blood pressure test, I just get tense and nervous.

What can I do to relax and not think about the test?!!

When is the best time for me to take high blood pressure medicine?

I am a 20 year old female and just got prescribed 10mg lisinopril to take once a day. I havent started them yet because I don't know whether or not to take them in the morning or night. My friend told me that the best time to take it will be when I wake up because during the day is when your blood pressure could get high from stress or whatever else.
So what do yall think?
