Promote those products. Once you do this you are becoming more and more vegetarian. Avoid eating eggs because the yoke of the egg is full of cholesterol. The method of producing eggs is also unnatural. Chickens are fed special ingredients mixed into their food in order to produce more eggs. Their body suffers from the increased production of eggs. Their life span is shorter because of it and so they are slaughtered for their meat. These are just a few examples of the cruelty inflicted on animals in order to produce these products for human consumption. We need to either stop using the products or boycott their use. If you can be fully vegetarian eat produce that grows from the earth directly. If you have a pet animal, like a cow or sheep, care for them well, treat them humanely, and use the milk when you need it. This is acceptable. Meat on the other hand is not good for health; it will shorten your life. You will suffer from ailments like high blood pressure, cholesterol, and you might end up needing a major and costly surgery to correct your problems.
