Teeth Whitening “Baking Soda” Toothpaste and Mouthwash
This tutorial teaches you how powerful and effective baking soda (aka bread soda or cooking soda) can be in removing horrible, dark stains on your teeth generated by smoke, red wine, coffee and tea, as well as in whitening your teeth using natural and organic baking soda, so that you do not have to spend a fortune on those not so effective and yet teeth-whitening (expensive) products on the market. If you are getting ready for a date, do carry a few sachets of baking soda with you. So after a meal full of wine and coffee, you can always whiten your teeth in the restaurant bathroom. Try it out; you will love it!

What alternatives do I have to lower blood pressure other than medication?
I am a 30 year old male, I exercise 6 days a week (weight lifting and cardio) and I am in excellent shape. I eat a very strict diet that limits sodium to 2500mg per day or less, while taking in large amounts of protein and potassium. Despite my efforts, my blood pressure is still 140/100. How can you monitor the nutritional value of dishes that you prepare at home?
When you buy prepackaged meals the nutritional value, calories, fat, etc is written on the box. When you prepare a meal at home, you add many different ingredients. So how do you know how much fat, sodium, vitamins, etc that is in each serving?
