does coffee reduce the impact of taking vitamins?
I have been sleeping in too late, staying up late also, cant sleep, cant wake up tired, so i started taking vitamins again, and i was wondering if I should give up drinking coffee every morning, i have read that coffee is also good for you, but will it affect the absorption of vitamins into my blood stream, perhaps speed up the consumption/excretion.
Is my low blood pressure making me tired?
I'm not fatigued, but I always seem to need to take a nap. My blood pressure is relatively lower than normal. It is usually around 105/68. I'm a 22 year old female. My professors tells me that as long as I'm not light headed I should be happy with having that blood pressure. But, could this be contributing to my tiredness? I sleep about 7 hours a night. And personally I think, the longer I sleep the more tired I feel throughout the day.
Does anyone know the effects of mixing blood pressure medicine and liquor?
My bf takes medicine for high blood pressure, he has an enlarged heart, diabetes and sleep apnea. In his fridge he has two six packs of zimas. He says that they don't have enough alcohol in them to hurt anything. Am I stressing for nothing or is he a complete moron?

Why does blood pressure go up at night?
My aunt takes blood pressure medicine. Every night when she goes to sleep, it is about normal. But every morning, when she wakes up it is high. Usually an hour after she is up, it starts to go down.
