Is this a good diet plan? It has nothing to do with weight loss.?
I am a 18 year old male, at 5'7.5 and about 165-170. I came down with mono for a while, got better, and then because of having to finish up my second semester of my senior year so I could graduate, I got sick again. I didn't get enough sleep and didn't eat enough. I was aware of this, so I ate a little more during the past couple months, but not as much as I thought. I was around 190 pounds before I got sick, most of the weight was muscle, but some of it was some extra fat.
1. I plan on eating 3000 calories a day from food alone over 4 or 5 meals.
2. I also plan to take this mega dose vitamin called clearvite once a day or one a day men's pro edge.
3. Drinking at least 85 fluid ounces of liquid a day.
-mostly water
-1 glass of orange juice
-1 glass of milk
-1 32 or 64 ounce bottle of Gatorade
- can include tea and lemonade
4. Go to bed no later than 10 pm.
Sorry I meant 1 20 or 32 ounce Gatorade.
What is up with people and ads on here? Get a freaking life and some sunshine. That never hurt either.

Why do I feel so awful?
I have been sick since the begining of this year. I have Rheumatoid Arthiritis and am taking Remicade IV infusions for that. I'm also on Vitamin D and Folic Acid. But lately I have felt extremely listless, my energy is gone, my head hurts, my chest hurts and my stomach hurts. I am very nervous and anxious to the point that I don't want to leave my house. I also have to make myself clean the house, although I've always before been very clean. I would prefer to lie on my couch and read a book or sleep. What is going on with me? I know it sounds like major depression, but I really feel like a happy person. I have lots to be happy for. I have been having panic attacks every couple of weeks, and it's a miserable feeling. Please, any advice would be appreciated. Thank You
How to make a homemade face serum?
I am 20 years old, and yes this may sound rather young to start thinking about anti-aging, but I figure...why not? I already have a few faint lines in my forehead that are randomly red, as I think they may be sleep wrinkles (UGH?!)
And with the economy, I'd rather hold on to my money and try to create something or buy like the main ingredients in most great serums instead of buying them for the retail/name-brand price.
What has great results? I was thinking something like AHA/Glycolic Acid or ... just keep going to sephora and getting samples every week haha!?
What do you think? I have tried the following as masks but as far as actual serum serums I don't know how to make them serums or if I shoudl use stuff like vitamin C extract?

Are these medicines Used for OCD and bipolar?
I m 19 male and my pyscatrist gave me folllowing medicines:
1-duxil almitrine
2-vitamin b1
3-folic acid.
He said i m suffering frm bipolar disorder and OCD.
Are these medicines really used for that purpose or he is just lying to me for effective treatment
he also said u should exercise daily for an hour. And said many psycologist gave sleep pills for people of ur disorder
i feel like i m not social ,i have less concentration, i have anxiety problems and i feel like i understand things late sometimes.
Also my parents have first cousin marriage(my mom is my grandfather's brother daughter)
I'm on a 2000 cal. per day diet. I'm losing weight, but have no energy. What should I do?
I'm going by the recommended 2000 cal. a day for weight loss and have been doing so for 3 weeks now. I also exercise, lift weights, and take a daily multi-vitamin. I am losing weight and am happy about that, but I feel very tired and sluggish throughout the day. I'm not getting a complete 8 hrs. of sleep every night, but I always get at least 7. Any advice? Is there something I'm doing wrong? Thanks for your help.
