Shoulder pain is usually related to a lack of shoulder flexibility. I don't have to tell you how frustrating it is to have upper back, neck and shoulder pain! Not being able to stretch your arms overhead severely limits your lifestyle. But there's good news...simply practicing these easy shoulder exercises a few times a week keeps your shoulder joints flexible, relieving shoulder and neck pain. This shoulder exercise shows you how improve your range of motion and free upper back tension. You'll need a long wooden dowel or broomstick handle for these shoulder stretches. When practicing these shoulder stretching exercises, be sure not to over stretch your shoulder joints. If it's too painful, widen your hands on the wooden dowel to make the shoulder stretch less intense. If you repeat these shoulder stretching exercises daily, you should see your shoulder pain start to go away within 5 to 10 days. Of course, if you have a shoulder injury, avoid shoulder exercises until you've seen your doctor. You certainly don't want to create more shoulder pain! psycholsomatic to feel pain from vitamins? What are you nuts? The pain IS real. Not imaginary?
I recently asked on here about experiencing pain when I took a well known name-brand, popular, non-herbal
I started 4 days ago taking a well none, on the store shelf multi vitamin. A nurse answered me, saying my pain is psycolsomatic, or in my head. However, I am not imagining the ear, foot, leg, knee, wrist, finger, ankle, and shoulder pain that started since I took the first few days of this daily vitamin. She suggests my intense pain is in my head. That's the most ansurd answer I ever recieved on Yahoo Answers to date! She claims to be a nurse, but sounds like a psychiatrist treating the symptoms not the cause of my pain. I really think in some ways, the vitamin suppliment has good aspects...my facial and head hair has taken off like a forest. I think the vitamins might be too high in certain things, causing my pain. Maybe each person has thier own exact amount of vitamin A B C D E etc. Why she says my pain is psycosymatic pissed me off. Nurse? Boo!

SHOULDER PAIN: Stuck AC Joint Part I
Jerry Hesch applies Hesch Method to chronic shoulder pain/ impingement: this is an atypical impingement that was not inside the shoulder joint, but above it and medially in the acromioclavicular joint. the acromion is part of the scapula, and the scapula was stuck in elevation and protraction causing a faulty axis of motion in the a/c joint. His symptoms were primarily sharp pain in front of clavice espeially when lifting arms over the head, soreness and stiffness in trapezius muscle, midline lumbar back pain. treatment took less than 5 minutes, and Jerry taught him what to do to maintain the correction. The injury took place 7 years prior during motor vehicle accident. Patient had x-rays and Orthopedic consults in the interim without resolution. A month post-treatment, shoulder was asymptomtic for the first time in 7 years and back ain was significantly improved.
