Is Vitamin E good to put in my hair?
I was this big product junkie. I looked for all of the high priced shampoos and conditioners and hair oil. I wanted the best 'cause that what I thought was going to make my hair grow. Now after reading the INGREDIENTS of the expencive products I was shocked to see all the bad fillers and added fragrences and the ones I can't even read. I was vexed on how that would promote healthy hair growth. Now I only use jojoba oil and vitamin E oil, oh and very close to organic shampoo and conditioner. Is this the best option for my afo- relaxed hair?
advice or tips on how to grow healthy hair after shaving it bald?
im 17 and im female. in dec. 2006 i put fusion extentions on my hair and it pulled my hair out in spots. so i am going to shave it all bald this summer. {i plan on buying a nice wig or something}

I've heard numerous ways to grow your hair faster. I've been aiming to get my hair to grow faster, at this point it's at my shoulders. I'd prefer it to be twice as long without waiting a year for it to be that long. I want to know shampoos and conditioners to help my hair grow faster and where to get them. Also, vitamins to take or put in my hair and where to get them and any other items to help it grow out faster, because my hair grows about an inch every few months or so. Help? :)

I've heard vitamins a,b,c and others are what your hair needs for healthy growth. I've also heard about Nioxin.
I used to have a pretty thick mane of hair before I started colouring and straightening my hair. I use a CHI iron once or twice a week and I've tried many shampoos and conditioners like CHI, PLACENTA, MANE AND TAIL, and other products that have a good reputation for great hair.
I was curious exactly what vitamins I could like in pill form to help hair growth, thickness, and healthy hair.
I'm almost 21, no baldness in family that I know of, normal stress levels I suppose, my hair isn't thin, but fine. I colour it every 2 months or so and straighten it about twice a week after a good conditioner....

I KNOW trimming removes split ends, but what treatments, etc., help to prevent them ? ? ?
(giving extra moisture to ends, etc.)
