I just dyed my hair black?
I just dyed my hair black, and I was wondering what the best shampoo/conditioner would be?
I have this vitamin conditioner with vitamins B,C,E and K in it, along with avocado.
would that be helpful?
and would straightening my hair harm it? if so, what could i do to minimize damage, because I have to straighten my hair. Its a mess if I don't.

I'm trying to make my hair longer. It is thick, and about 1 1/2 inches past my shoulder. I want it to be noticeably longer in as little time as possible. Are there any products THAT AREN'T VITAMINS OR MEDICINE that will help. Spray, shampoo, conditioner, etc. that are fairly easy to get/buy. I was thinking of getting Mane 'n' Tail shampoo, would that help as well???

How to make my hair grow faster?
okay, so a friend of mine has been using biotin and her hair has grown a ton! i bought some today and started using it today.. it's 5000 mcgs and i'm taking one tablet daily. i also gave myself a scalp massage because i read that that helps too.. and i plan on massaging my scalp when i wash it everyday as well. i was just wondering if there is anything else i can take or do to go along with the 5000 mcgs of biotin. maybe a shampoo/conditioner or another vitamin or anything! and where i can find the product. (i'm not too fond of buying online, i'd rather buy from GNC or Sallys or somewhere like that)
more info: my hair right now is about 12 inches long from root to tip, i have no bald spots (losing hair is not why i want to use these products) and my hair is kind of thin and i don't have any allergies.

What is the best way to grow hair long and fast?
Well I have been trying to grow my hair out for about 3 years now, and it has only grown approx. 4 inches..and yeah, I am female so expect me to make a fuss out of it,haha. But I have been taking extra vitamins for it, tried a salon brand shampoo/conditioner. Not seeing fantastic results. I have that L'OREAL Lash Serum and eyelashes are hair so I am tempted to try it, haha. But before I go crazy I must ask Yahoo people! So is there a for sure thing product, or natural remedy or anything that is THE best?
