Does applying vitamin E oil help fight acne and acne scars?
I've heard that applying vitamin E oil to a scar on your body helps heal it and makes it appear not scarred. I was wondering if it would also work for acne on my face because I know oily things are normally bad if you're trying to heal acne. Does anyone know or has anyone tried this method and got good results? Thanks!
Is it ok to mix vitamin E oil with my sunscreen?
I crashed on my bike almost two weeks ago and 18 stitches later, I don't want to have a nasty scar on my chin so I was hoping to get some input on good things to put on the scar so it heals quickly. I was told sunscreen is important, but so is vitamin e oil, hence mixing them together. Let me know if something worked well for you. Thanks.

What are the benefits of a vitamin b12 shot?
I went to the doctors today and got a vitamin b12 shot cause I had surgery on my arm like 4 months ago it was pretty bad I had three surgeries in two weeks but I do physical therapy for it it is just a bad scar and it still hurts it's from my wrist to my elbow but it's gotten better I was just wondering how the vitamin b12 shot will benefit me thanks.

There are a million scams out there that say they can rid you of stretchmarks, but does anything REALLY work?? If anyone has first hand experience with lighting, making pregnancy stretchmarks go away, please help. I have very bad ones from my daughter, she is 5 now :( and I feel I will NEVER show my belly again, some are as big as 1-2 inches wide, and are all over my belly. I should have listened when people said dont scratch! Please help. Anything that has worked for any of you I would be willing to try. I have tried straight vitamin-E and nothing. Coco butter, and nothing....I even bought that name brand scar reducing cream, nothing :(
What is more effective?
Aloe vera gels bought in tubes (lily of the desert, fruit of the earth) or from the plant itself?
Those gels in tubes says they're 99% and therefore contains other chemicals and vitamins -as it says (if you could look on the ingredients part) \
But I am not sure about buying a plant itself.. what if the plants are prone to getting more bacteria? well, because it should be outside? And also, the plant maybe too harsh? and compared to the gel in tubes, they have other specific vitamins?
What do you think? And what will you prefer?

how to remove scar from 2nd degree burn?
i've burned my leg last week and now the burn is healing.. but im worried about the scar.. how do i remove it? i've read vitamin E works so what kind of vitamin E shud i get from the drugstore? specific name of the medicne please..
plus im from philippines.. i asked in the drug store for mederma but said they dont have it here.. huhuh.. will lemons help reduce the scar?
Scarred up legs!!! :((?
My legs are scarred and have little cuts here and there from workin on a farm and bein "One of the boys" and I hate them!!!! What is the best and fastest way to get smooth, healthy lookin legs without scars. I also have a scar from a 3rd degree burn from a muffler on the inside of my left leg(on my calf) The need to be less notticable by friday cause im wearing a denim mini(im tryin to get a little more femenine) and I dont want skrewed up legs lookin hoorable. (I have some vitamin e oil, would that help?)
