What vitamins and minerals should I be taking to insure a high level of testosterone?
I already take a multi-vitamin, and a few others, but i cant seem to find any info on neccesary materials for healthy testosterone production.
weeman- i take saw palmetto to block the DHT so im good there. I havent been diagnosed as defficient, but I wouldnt mind a bit more for the muscle growth. Ive Got all the necessary ingredients aside from that (protein, good circulation, glutamine, and a healthy daily regimne) And i wont take steroids...

I bought a bottle of saw palmetto cuz i want to help stop the hair fall im having for stress and stuff. i heard that this would work good to stop the DHT, which i am also prone to. Can i take them? Are their any side affects? Thank you!
Herbal Supplements/vitamins that Won't Upset My Stomach? They make me sick.?
I also tried a multivitamin (One a day) and it makes me really sick to my stomach. The only multi vitamin that does not make me sick to my stomach is "Centrum".
But I'm looking to buy Herbal supplements now (Saw palmetto,Stinging Nettles, Africanum Pygeum, Quercitin,Boswelia, Bromelain, Magnesium,etc) But I tried a couple Vitamins from "Spring vally" and Healthy Ideas" which I got at Walmart, and they made me so sick to my stomach I cant take them. Yes I took them with food. I'm sure its the coating on them. Because they make me sick within 10 minutes of taking them, I doubt they would be breaking down that fast.
Is there a company that sells many of these herbal supplements and vitamins in a capsule form or some form that won't upset my stomach?

vitamins to enlarge breasts?
im looking for a vitamin to enlarge breasts, i heard of saw palmetto, fenugreek, maybe folic acid and estrogen. BUT i know estrogen is bad because breast cancer is a estrogenic cancer and there is a huge history of breast cancer in my family so obviously im not going to take that. I was hoping someone can tell me what to get Im so small, Im a gymnast and ballet dancer so im very tiny in the breast region, i want some badly, my friends they have nice cleavage and you can see my sternum, its pretty gross and i have less than a hand full i don't have money for surgery and its hard for me to gain weight my friend said fenugreek and shes going to school as a plastic surgeon so i still have years before i can have discount work done :) but i want them now im young and i don't like being made fun of, always in school i was asked to joint ity bitty titty comity its sad i don't like this, I know i should be comfortable but im not its my choice and if this is not working then i will get breast surgery so can someone help me for now?
