skin vitamins?

i looked up on the internet and found out some vitamins for healthy, blemish free skin:

Vitamin A (with carotenoids) - 3000 IU daily

Thiamine (Vitamin B1) - 100 mg 3 times daily
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) - 100 mg 3 times daily
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) - 200 mg 3 times daily
Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) - 100 mg 3 times daily
Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) - 100 mg 3 times daily

Vitamin C with bioflavonoids - 1000 to 1600 mg 3 times daily
Chromium - 150 mcg per day
Zinc - 25-30mg per day
Vitamin E - 400 IU daily

---> Do you know of any brand that contains everything mentioned above? I mean, just one tablet that contains everything mentioned above? Please do tell me if you know of any brand sold internationally. Or do i really have to buy each tablet individually? I also looked up the components of Centrum and i noticed that each tablet in centrum didn't meet the exact mg, IU, or mcg of the vitamins mentioned.

Am I taking too much vitamins? (Healthcare professionals and serious answers only please)?

Hi! I am a 28 (almost 29) year old female and I'm in great health. I exercise 5-6 days a week, almost for 2 hours daily, and I do quite a bit of weight training with my cardio. I am on protein supplements and I also take multivitamins daily. I am wondering if I'm overdoing it on vitamins. I know you can consume too much of certain vitamins, with the results being toxic, so I'm wondering how much is too much? Here is what I'm consuming daily just from the supplements (not including my healthy diet):

Vitamin A: 3750 IU (plus a little more from protein shake)
Vitamin C: 350mg (plus a little more from protein shake)
Vitamin D-3: 600
Vitamin E: 100 IU ( plus a little more from protein shake)
Thiamine: 25mg (plus a little more from ps)
Riboflavin: 12.5mg (+ a little more from ps)
Niacin: 47.5mg (+ a little more from ps)
Vitamin B-6: 25mg (+ a little more from ps)
Folic Acid: 1000 mcg (+ a little more from ps)
Vitamin B-12: 62.5 mcg (+ a little more from ps)
Biotin: (+ a little more from ps)
Pantothenic Acid: 125mg (+ a little more from ps)
Calcium: 1125mg (+ a little more from ps)
Iodine: 50mcg (+ a little more from ps)
Magnesium: 125mg (+ a little more from ps)
Zinc: 6.5mg (+ a little more from ps)
Selenium: 50mcg (+ a little more from ps)
Copper: 0.5mg (+ a little more from ps)
Manganese: 2.5mg (+ a little more from ps)
Chromium: 50mcg (+ a little more from ps)
Molybdenum: 25mcg (+ a little more from ps)
Potassium: 25mg

Everything extra on the protein shake said 20% DV except for the Vitamin C, which was 60% DV and Calcium which was 50% DV. So, those are added.

Can someone please tell me if I'm consuming too much of something or if I'm okay? And please give your source. Thank you!

Thank you to all of you! I appreciate all of your answers. The only one I don't understand is the one where there was a "BTW..." Saying that I blocked someone. Was that toward me? I haven't blocked anyone. Did I push a button on here or something accidentally? I never have blocked a person on here.

Too many vitamins- Best answer will be rewarded pts. !?

OKay. At dinner my mom makes me take 11 pills of vitamins...1 is riboflavin, 4 magneesium, 1 calcuim and a multi vitamin with a glass of milk. Then a few hours later I have to take 2 normal prescriptions...Seriously, is that good for my system?

I am so nervous that one day I'm going to puke them all because of all the reactions in my poor stomach.

Where do I draw the line? or am I not the only one with this problem?
I'll be 18 in a few weeks and have a joint condition and a bad immune system
