Help me find a Multivitamin!?

I just finished reading two books:
The Acne Cure by Terry J. Durow and Hair Loss Prevention: Through Natural Remedies by Ken Peters. They both cover a section of diet and supplements one should take. They mainly focus on there particular part skin/hair. I'm now combined both of then and am now looking for a Multivitamin/s that best covers all the following:

Taking some new hair growth vitamins and I have a few questions?

I'm 17, and I'm going to be taking these vitamins called MAXI-HAIR by Country Life. I wanted to know if there are any problems taking certain vitamins or minerals with levels as high as 2,000 % +, as shown in the supplement facts below. Also, they come in the form of tablets and the bottle says they are "time released" however the size is about 2x bigger than I'm used to. Is it safe to cut the tablets in to 2 or 3 small pieces and then take them?

Please read below

is there any problem, if someone at age 20 take one day mens' 50+ advantage?

i am just wondering if there is any side effects if someone at age 20 take one-a-day mens' 50+ advantage ..i know its made for 50 and above ..but i am just curious to know .here is the description comparison:

One-A-Day® Men's 50+ Advantage contains twice the Lycopene and five times the Selenium of Centrum® Silver® to support prostate health and it provides key nutrients to support heart health, eye health, and healthy blood pressure.* Plus, it contains Ginkgo to promote memory and concentration.*

i mean the extra vitamins are there to help those areas of health that i'm worried about anyway in the future (prostate cancer, vision getting worse, memory) so would there be any negative consequences?

on the othe rhand i find that if i don't eat pretty heavily before taking these, it upsets my stomach slightly.
