What are some good vitamins to add to my daily assortment?

I currently take a "one a day" along with

Is there anything else I should add?
Any advise would be appreciated.

What vitamins can I take for breast enhancement?

I feel that the size of my breast are not adequate enough to my liking and I want to go the natural way of making them bigger. I have a very fast metabolism so I'm really skinny. I'm currently 19 years old, 5'3" and 95lbs at the moment. I think that if they were to become fuller I would have more confidence in myself. So what vitamins are there that I can take???

How should i stretch my ear?

Alright so i got my ears pierced about 2 months back. They told me i should wait 2 months before stretching. It's been 2 months and about an extra week. So i went into my piercing shop today and grabbed some 8g earrings, but I didn't ask them to help me put them in because i was in a bit of a hurry. Anyway, i heard jojoba oil is good for your ears. Should i use it before i stretch, or after?
Also i know it's good to put them in while you're in the shower. However i don't want to take a shower just for that. I was thinking i would soak them in my sea-salt solution (from when i was cleaning them for the initial piercing, still have half a gallon left). One time to clean them, with the earrings in, and then when i'm ready to do the stretch, just take my earring out, soak each ear a little in the warm/hot salt water. Then put a little bit of anti-bacterial hand soap (non-scented and all that of course) on the earring. Then just pop em in.

I assume i'll know if they weren't ready and i get a blowout. Also, are there any other tips you can give me? My ear seems clean. They don't hurt like they use to. They're not oozing anything.

Also as an end note, i got them pierced at a 10g. The professional piercers at the parlor (they ONLY do piercings at this place, no tattoos) said 2 months and i should be good to stretch, they even said yeah i should be fine when i went back in to get the earrings today. I got vitamin e oil instead of jojoba (the store i went to was out of jojoba).
OK since the only answer i got was "Don't do it."

Let me state a few things. I have thought twice, more than twice actually about it. I don't care if certain people don't like them, i like them and plenty of girls like them. I don't feel the need to revolve my life around what will get me a girlfriend. It's how i want to look. I got my ears pierced at a 10g SPECIFICALLY for this. Also, i know the long term implications. I expect to have them forever (i treat piercings like tattoos, if you get them, they're a life-long commitment, even the small ones that can close up).

Also the whole "how do you think it'll look when you're 80!?!" argument is the stupidest thing ever. How good do you think you'll look without them when you're 80?
@sasha and the person under her. I wasn't yelling, i was just saying :o
sorry if i came off a bit angry. That's just how i feel about the "when you're 80" argument, and i was just explaining that so people don't keep giving me answers that say "Don't do it." I respect your opinion, in fact one of my best friends thinks that they're dumb. I apologize if it seemed like i was getting really mad. I'm not that temperamental ;)

Are liquid vitamins acceptable in place of tablets?

Lots of conflicting information and I can't seem to find good sources. Stomach acids seem to destroy some things which means you can't absorb them, but basic vitamins and minerals seem to be okay? Your body doesn't "instantly" begin absorbing this stuff, it has to pass through a rather acidic environment.

High Blood Pressure Anybody else have problems in their family with this?

My father, along with both my grandfathers have had high blood pressure. Not to mention countless other relatives along with a variety of other issues like: diabetes, heart attacks, strokes, etc. etc. Everytime I get checked, Im in the "prehypertension" stage. Any ideas on how to get out of this? Or, by my genes I feel like Im just doomed to have high blood pressure.

Does insulin raise blood pressure and is so how can it be offset?

I have a severe heart ailment and need to have low blood pressure. I now have found that it is rising and the doctor "thinks" it is due to my rather heavy daily insulin intake.

How can I lower my blood pressure?

I have to go to MEPS in 9 days and I just found that my systolic blood pressure is too high and might cause me to not be accepted into the military. I am 5'11" and 201 lbs and my blood pressure is 146/82. How can I get my systolic low enough (140 i believe) to make it through MEPS?

How to get off my diabetic and blood pressure meds?

I have been a type 2 diabetic and have had high blood pressure for 6 years now. I am sick and tired of taking (and paying for) these meds. I hear and read about people treating their diabetes with just diet and exercise. Where is the best information on how to do it?
I am 6'5" and 245lbs. I have a lot of aches and pains, some may be due to the extra weight, some of the pain from trying to work out.
