Hittin’ the Barz(PSA)
It wasn't all good a few weeks ago! You can call this a Highlandaz PSA (Public Service Announcement), on my stroke ordeal. Strokes are serious business and many can be at risk as they can strike at any age, any health condition, and any time, so to all my people in the Bar community, get regular check ups. My brothers over at Highland park don't wanna see me doing anything on the barz yet(lol), so I resorted to this park not too far from me in Queens. NO PULL UPS or nothing too strenuous on my neck, just light leg & ab work, push ups, and dips to get myself back into the swing of things. Even if this doesn't look like much to you, consider that 4weeks before this footage I couldn't even stand or walk. Thanks for all the support, I never left, just took a break for a minute, so the message of this video to the Bar Community is to, "Overcome all obstacles with strength & faith". Strokes are the 3rd leading cause of death and leading cause of adult disability in the United States. It is also one of the most neurologically preventable. Strokes can be classified into two major categories: ischemic and hemorrhagic. Ischemic strokes are those that are caused by interruption of the blood supply, while hemorrhagic strokes are the ones which result from a rupture of a blood vessel or an abnormal vascular structure. Recognizing the symptoms of a stroke - not only for yourself, but for someone else is critcal in the damage it can cause. *Weakness, numbness, or paralysis on face, arm ...

High-Blood Pressure Alternative Medicine and …
top-3-products.info - Read The High Blood Pressure Remedy Report NOW. I found the report on prevention and control of Blood Pressure to be extraordinary as a lay primer for people of all ages. It is quite comprehensive and thorough, addressing completely not only the known medical facts concerning high blood pressure but also alternative means of prevention and control. While presenting the alternative measures, the report is quite specific on educating the reader to discuss all aspects with his/her health care provider and not to abruptly cease any medicine or treatment protocol. The sections on prevention are quite well written. If you are considering purchase of health such education materials for either yourself or your family, I thoroughly recommend the Barton publication on prevention and control of high blood pressure. to help others. --Robert J. Dr. David Samadi – Men’s Health – Heart Disease – Fox News
Dr. Samadi discusses heart disease. Family history and poor sexual function play big roles in heart disease. Inactivity, poor diet, cholesterol and high blood pressure also contribute to the disease. There are usually no symptoms as this is a silent killer, but typically patients experience angina or chest pain, pain radiating to left arm and back, shortness of breath, cold sweats, dizziness and nausea. These can also overlap with heartburn but must not be ignored. Prevention of heart disease includes becoming active, getting cholesterol, blood sugar & blood pressure tested, and managing stress & depression.
