Weight loss help/tips (:?

Alrighty so I am 18 5'3" female and I weigh about 170-180 lbs (not entirely sure what it is exactly, I stay away from scales seeing how they tend to make me depressed lol)

Well my goal is to lose fifty pounds. What is a reasonable time frame to do this in?
How many pounds a week should I aim to lose?
A month?

What kind of exercises should I do?
I have Wii Fit and Wii Fit plus, so if you have any tips for workouts on there I would gladly listen and take them into highest consideration.

How often should I work out for?
How many times a week?

I am not the kind of person to diet, but I do not eat a lot.
I think the weight gain is a mixture of stress/anxiety/ and not being as active as I used to be.
(Had some personal issues at home and anxiety/stress with trying to graduate high school so they seemed to contribute to the weight gain a lot)

Also, I have been told to look into vitamins to help boost my metabolism.
What can I take to do this (no diet pills)?
And, can you recommend anything like Mega-T Green Tea? I have heard a lot of good things about it, but I am concerned of anything that could possibly be negative about if I stop using it, etc.

This is a very detailed question and I hope that I get a lot of answers. I will take every answer into high consideration. Please try to answer all of my questions because I am very interested in other people's tips and help. Motivational tips to keep me from giving up after 2 weeks is helpful as well.

Thankk you so much to everyone who answers. (: 5 points hands down best answer.
Unconditional, thank you for your input and actually taking the time to answer my question. I am hoping that I can get some more, detailed answers (I do not have access to a pool so swimming is kind of an out way of exercising) but obviously, since that other person wasn't as helpful as I would have hoped, you are first in line since you're the only other answer lol. (: Anyone else, please give me some tips because I would like to lose some weight to surprise my husband before I move out to California to live with him.

Serious Sam: TFE Sacred Yards Part One {Secret Level} [All Secrets Found]

Level: Sacred Yards {Secret Level} (Part One) Difficulty: Normal Secrets: Ten After ignoring Netricsa's request to get to The Great Pyramid as soon as possible, Sam stumbles across the legendary Sacred Yards after taking a detour out of Luxor much to Netricsa's disdain. The curse of Fraps strikes again! I ended up recording this part at thirty frames a second instead of twenty-five which is why the video looks like its gone though a blender sometimes if my field of view moves quickly. I managed to re-render it as best I could. Honest. The anti-gravity perimeter room was pretty damn hard. I hate miniature versions of Juvenile Arachnoids, they cause me nothing but hassle. It also doesn't help that they're really tiny, hard to hit, and aren't much good for my blood pressure. At 6:10, the videos skips slightly because the original recording crashed because of my damned anti-virus having a fit. So, I had to re-record this part from that point again. Apologies for the less than impressive video editing once more. Small tip for the unwashed masses; if you don't kill the Adult Arachnoid at 2:10 quickly, it will disappear and will then reappear in the next area, at 3:45, when the door opens. ---------------------------------------- Secret One: In the first room you come across with water, shoot the spire monument with a Rocket (2:37). The platform underneath it will slide open revealing some Secret Health and some Aludran Reptiloids. Secret Two: In the area with the first Gold ...

Wal-Mart & Billiards

I travel to a local Wal-Mart to purchase simple items for the upcoming Europe vacation. Too bad I spend time goofing off. Later, I play a game of billiards with some friends. Even I can't get that right.

Bonnie Herschmiller used to sit on the couch, eat chocolate and cry. NEW LOOK ... Bonnie Herschmiller before and after losing 94 lbs. — Brendon Dlouhy, Sun Media "I was disgusted with myself," says the Edmonton mom, who stands just under 5-ft.-4. "I like to feel pretty. I'm a girly girl. When you're fat, you don't feel girlish at all." The New Brunswick native says she was already about 30 lb. overweight when she got pregnant in mid-2003. She then packed on another 60 lb. while "eating for two," a strategy that landed her in hospital during her third trimester with severe high blood pressure. After the birth of son Brett in February 2004, Herschmiller set her mind to taking off her excess cellulite and lowering her blood pressure. But she discovered it was easier said than done. "It wasn't coming off at all," she says. "I was exercising and everything, but it just wasn't coming off." Desperate to reclaim her girlish figure, she signed up at an Edmonton LA Weight Loss Center. Through a meal plan designed specifically for her, Herschmiller, 27, began eating six small nutritious meals a day. She also bought a Pilates DVD and began doing the exercises for between 30 and 60 minutes a ...
